Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser or the hard drive of your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or application. I have two types of cookies that are used on my website:

  1. Essential cookies:
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in my systems. They are usually only set in response to actions you take that amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of my website will not work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
  2. Statistical cookies:
These cookies allow me to count visits and traffic sources so that I can measure and improve the performance of my website. 3. IP anonymisation: I have activated the IP anonymisation function on my website. Your IP address will be truncated by Google within the EU or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

c. Plugins and tools

Google-Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this site uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, your browser needs to establish a direct connection to Google’s servers. Google thereby receives the information that your IP address has accessed my website. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of my website. This constitutes a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.
